Praxley Asia was established in 2015 as a division of Praxley with the aim of providing independent professional corporate finance advisory services to Chinese speaking geographies which include Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore (jointly referred to as "China").

Essentially, Praxley Asia focuses on providing the following corporate finance advisory services:

• Identifying local Acquisition Opportunities in South Africa for inbound investment from China (i.e. buy-side mandates);
• Structuring Local Acquisition Opportunities in accordance with local South African regulatory practices;
• Assisting Chinese clients with an existing presence in South Africa with local capital raising in the form of debt and equity (i.e. capital raising);
  
• Assisting Chinese clients with an existing presence in South Africa with concluding BEE Transactions with appropriate local BEE investors;
  
• Assisting Chinese clients with an existing presence in South Africa with Legal, Tax and Accounting services; and
  
• Structuring capital raising transactions between China and other African countries to ensure that infrastructure projects are financed with the assistance of funding from China and local South African institutions.

Praxley Asia is a Johannesburg based Corporate Finance Advisory and Private Equity Equity business.

While domiciled in South Africa, Praxley Asia has a regional African focus facilitating China-Africa friendly and co-operative ties concentrating specifically on securing tailor-made funding solutions for African Governments and State-Owned- Enterprises.

Praxley Asia leverages off Praxley's 17 year track record of successfully providing funding and capital raising solutions to corporations and State-Owned Enterprises while at the same time leveraging Chinese-African relationships for the benefit of its Chinese clients.
