Praxley Africa is a Namibian based Corporate Finance Advisory and Private Equity business focusing on Mergers, Acquisitions, Capital Raising and Private Equity on the African continent. 

Praxley Africa's main shareholders are in the form of South African domiciled Praxley and Namibian based Black Diamond Investments, a high profile black women's group comprising five (5) influential African businesswomen in the form of Nangula Geingob, Selma Neumbo, Stella Ileka, Ujama Mushimba and Usuta Imbili. 

Praxley Africa focuses on transactions on the African continent (excl. South Africa) and has a specific focus on facilitating Inbound Investment into Namibia / Africa (i.e. "Buy-Side" Mandates) and Capital Raising. 

While it is widely accepted that it may be difficult to raise capital on the African continent, there is an acknowledgement that "regional capital markets" (i.e. South Africa) are established and available for funding transactions that are correctly structured.
